We are a boutique fitness studio located on East Main Street in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky. We offer a variety of classes that are form focused, full body workouts that give you the strength, flexibility, and cardio you need for a balanced body.

At The Spot there is a place for everybody. Whether you are an athlete needing flexibility, a new mother getting back into shape, or recovering from a physical injury. We have a class to suit your needs. Nervous to jump into a group class? Just contact us to book a private class where you can get introduced to the methodology of your choice. All of our instructors are certified and thoroughly trained to ensure you get a safe, balanced workout.
