By honoring our bodies with nutrition, we are acknowledging the responsibility we possess as rulers of our temple! The food we eat not only fuels our bodies today but also develops the framework for our bodies tomorrow. A mindful approach to nutrition does not stop at the table, but extends into our daily lives and habits. Join us for Mindful Eating “Fall Harvest” where we will learn ways to nourish our bodies during the colder months.
Our goal is for attendees to feel empowered and confident in personal food choices. This workshop will include a 60 minute yoga class promoting digestive health, a warm vegan lunch, recipes to take home, and a group discussion.
Please bring a journal or notebook, pen, water, comfy clothes, and a positive attitude 🙂
