4-Week Intro to Pilates Mat w/ Props Series!

This is a full body workout where you will learn to work from the inside out to find a deeper connection to the core in a class that combines classical and contemporary Pilates exercises. You will learn fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates mat, focusing on body connections, alignment, breath and awareness. This class also uses a combination of props: balls, bands, weights, circles, etc. to create additional resistance and/or assistance while performing the exercises. This is a class that truly lengthens and strengthens the body like nothing else. This class is great for newcomers to Pilates, or those who have been practicing a while who want to refine their knowledge, understanding, and ability.
