Join us for a celebration of yoga, community, & summer sunshine with a 60 minute yoga flow at Kereiakes Park! Each month’s class will raise money for a selected non-profit serving our local Bowling Green community.

10K Group Training Program
A Ten Week Program to Prepare for the Medical Center 10K Classic
Join us for a 10 week group training program at the Spot! This program is designed to prepare our mind & bodies for the Medical Center 10K Classic on Saturday, October 21st. We will set individual goals for the race but work together as we sweat, focus, and grind as a team! All levels of experience are welcomed.

Back to Basics Yoga Series
Led by Katherine Holmes 200 E-RYT
Through this class series we will revisit the fundamentals of a vinyasa yoga practice. Vinyasa is a “breath-to-movement” practice that focuses on the alignment & deepening of postures through a sequence that is safe, intentional, and even transformational. Whether you are new to yoga or interested in getting back to the basics, this series will provide a deeper understanding of your personal practice. Attend all four classes or drop-in to specific topics.
September 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
Fridays at 9:45am or 4pm
Week 1 – Anatomy & Alignment of the foundational poses
Week 2 – Hand & Feet placement
Week 3 – Pranayama (breath) & flow
Week 4 – Props & Modifications
$45 for full series

The Power of Touch
A Yoga Adjustment & Assisting Workshops
It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of my mind, self, and intelligence. ~BKS
The power of touch allows students to gain a deeper experience and fuller expression of each pose. Whether it is for supporting alignment or providing a “feel good” assist, yoga adjustments help us to embody and advance our practice. In this workshop we will have a group discussion & move through a yoga series designed for exploring adjustments in each pose.
