TRX® Suspension Training
Using straps that hang from the ceiling participants are able to do push-ups, sit ups and stretches that cannot be performed in thy as regular floor exercises or on a machine. It is a total workout for the whole body, providing excellent toning for both the upper and lower body as well as the core area, all at the same time. TRX totally uses one’s own body resistance in a cardio intensive atmosphere. There is plenty of sweating, stretching and, often, sore muscles
While TRX is not for the faint-hearted it is something that everyone can do. The class only lasts for 45 minutes (anyone can do anything for just 45 minutes, right?) It is an intensive way to achieve great results in a short amount of time. And the results are worth it!

TRX-Pilates Fusion Class
In this circuit style class you’ll experience the challenge of the TRX® straps while performing several classic TRX and Pilates Mat exercises. For an added cardio boost we also add in bouts of the Pilates Jumpboarding mixed into all your favorite Reformer exercises! This class is the same price as a standard mat class.
